CollectionSpace Community -

Great news, we're ready to kick off QA testing for v6.1! This is a small release with one new, awesome piece of functionality - ad hoc reporting! In this first version of the functionality, users can run a search, and then export their search results as a CSV - choosing which fields to include in the report.

We will be expanding this functionality with new features as we move along our tech roadmap, and would love to hear your thoughts on what would make this more useful - feel free to email me directly or just shoot it out to the talk list.

Please pay close attention to the profile listed on the test plan you choose and be sure to test all the procedures and/or authorities noted. Once you've completed those, you're welcome to test others, but just be aware that we only set up sample data for the suggested procedures. If you want to test others, you'll need to create those records.

Let me know if you have any questions, and have fun!

Best regards,
Megan

Reminder that we're still in QA for v6.1 - if you have 15 minutes to spare, please pick up a test so we can get this release out the door!

Thanks,
Megan
