Hi Everyone!
We wanted to share some exciting news with you today:

Time-Based Media Extension for CollectionSpace
As a follow up to our very successful Community Spotlight Series on Cataloguing and Exhibiting Time-Based Media, featuring The Museum of the Moving Image, we are pleased to announce that you can now try out the beta version of the extension for yourself! Please contact megan.forbes@lyrasis.orgmailto:megan.forbes@lyrasis.org for the URL and credentials for the beta site.

Why is this important?
This extension allows you to provide a standardized structure for the description of all components and associated changes to any born-digital or time-based work – whether that be conservation, exhibition, loan or any other life-cycle event. You will now have the ability to ensure that your vocabularies, lists and schema will meet the changing needs of your born-digital or time-based work.

Want to know how we got there? Re-watch our Community Spotlight Series webinar here: https://bit.ly/38CFB1f

If you have any questions about CSpace or want to learn more, email us at collectionspace@lyrasis.orgmailto:collectionspace@lyrasis.org
Cheers,
Arran
