Can't log into new tenant - "The user is not registered to this CollectionSpace tenant."

Hi all,

I'm getting around to setting up a new tenant on 6.1, and all seems to have worked correctly - but now I can't log in. The UI reports that "The user is not registered to this CollectionSpace tenant." The cpsace-services.log file contains this message:

GET request failed: getAccountPerm account  for org.collectionspace.services.account.AccountResource with csid=0

From what I can tell noodling through the cpsace_default PostgreSQL database, the tenant has the appropriate "admin" user, and I've copy-pasted that exact username/email address to the UI with no change in result.

Please advise - thanks!

Jonathan,

What's the URL (address) you're using to connect to your CollectionSpace
instance?  The URL should include the tenant "short" ID you created when
you configured your new tenant.
