Arnout, Thanks so much for pointing these out. Most have been fixed; although I’m unable to duplicate the last two with the error rendering message - can you send a screenshot? The Development Tools & Techniques is sadly out of date, which is likely why it wasn’t ported over to our new wiki (the restricted space is content from an old, archived wiki).
