The spreadsheet has my selection of schema field ids across Row 1
(termDisplayName,termName,foreName,surName,termType,termStatus) and rows 2
through 12 list person authorities with text data for all six columns.

In the web UI, I am trying to import the csv file and select the person
profile. I see the notification "Background import job running. Check back
periodically for results." Refreshing the page, I see that all records
processed and did not fail.

Trying to transfer this import, I see the notification "Transfer job
running. Check back periodically for results." Refreshing the page, I see
that all records processed and failed. The status for all rows is "ok" and
there are authority identifiers for each record but no CSID. There are no
cache items found.

Can this be resolved in the web UI?
